Money

Money is really a headache..or rather the lack of it.

you have to resort to downloading stuffs and settling for lower quality n waste lotsa time trying to source for them instead of being able to buy the CDs or DVDs.

you have to resort to crossing the causeway(wasting lotsa time again) to gain access to cheaper n perhaps lousier goods.

you always have to rack your brains to find the cheapest way to get yourself from one place to another. like which bus change to which bus to get to where is the cheapest. if it requires u to walk more to get to that bus stop etc, so be it.

you have to choose your food carefully and i'm not talkin about being health conscience here. sometimes even food court looks expensive and in the end have to settle with a loaf of cheap bread n watever u can find to go along with it..if nothing..the bread alone will do.

you dunwant to go out even though u've spent the whole wk in the office. cos by just going out, u've already spent on transport minimum. u know n i know that the easilink card is a money sucker. i visit the easilink machines more than i visit my grandma.

you waste ur mind and concentration at home by always looking out for lights or fans or any electricity comsuming gadgets being left on..even for just a moment. all the time, and u get irritated when u spotted one cos u'll always feel that would have been a few cents saved.

you get angry when u cant do things u really want cause u just simply cant afford it.

you cant buy ur gf stuffs every now n den.
you cant get her flowers every now n den.
you cant do a lot of things for her without money u know..
u say money is not everything..i ask u to go and die...

wat a sad n down post..its just not me..sighz..

After another week of work

Its really not easy trying to blog during the weekdays now. Been spending the whole week at my honey's place because its near (but the real reason is so that i can see her everyday~).

Anyway, really nothing much things to do yet except some miscelleneous stuffs.

Gonna have a BIG BIG sleep tonight. Been waking up at 6.20am every morning...its tough!

Going to PS tml for some STOMP thingy, got this sms that I might have a chance to win some car, well..probably I won't win it but hell..its still a chance...haha

First weekend after starting work..

..and i'm pretty tired but not because work was tought but rather because of the early hours i have to wake up. its really taking it toil on me, if i'm going from home i have to leave before 6.30am and if i'm leaving from my girlfriend's place, its latest 7am. I have to reach jurong east MRT by 7.30am. KAOZ...and somemore world cup is still on.

nonetheless..i still made by hook or by crook. work this week cannot be classified as work cause i practically did nothing! fight the zzzzzzz monster all the way because my supervisor was too busy attending to some emergency(secret) that happened at the refinery. yeah..i'm doing attachment in exxonmobil for the clueless. so me and haur bin were left to entertain ourselves.

My sup did gave us some readings and stuffs but it wasn't enought to keep us occupied for long. so i was left fighting the zzzzz monster and HB was busy with his poker games on his hp. we can even go for 1 and 1/2 hour lunches. sianz...

anyway one bad news..i'm posted to the refinery in jurong island !@#$%^&*)((*)(^%^^%$%$.
for the clueless again : there are 3 places you can work for exxon..namely harbourfront, tuas and jurong island..the latter most being the furthest from civilisation and thats the place i'm going to from next monday onwards. here i come yi keong~!

really nothing much to talk about work man. cause i really did nothing at all. haha..but got a hint from my sup..there's lotsa things waiting for me over at the jurong island site. at this point i'm pretty happy with this news cause boredom is terrible. i hope i won't miss the boredom in the future..haha

knee's recovering slowly..damn..hope it can speed up the recovering rate. .but to be on the safe side..i'm giving it at least 2 months of rest and gradual strengthening first. sorry ivp bros..really would love to train and play with you guys..haiz..taking some supplements now too. its called glucosamine..those with joint problems and especially the knee can check this out.

i shall watch my animes and movies..til next time~

Ouches...

Played soccer on Friday after handing in my FYP..my greatest fear came true..

kena my knee again..this time i can feel the joint go out and come in again..knn..scary man..haiz..now i can't even walk properly..trying to find someone who can lend me crutches..if not i mihgt have to go YIH or NUH to get..sianz man.

anyway thanks to yifeng for sending me to my honey's place after the soccer. right to the doorstep man.

and really appreciate my honey for taking care of me..supported me when i tried to walk..cooked for me..escorted me to polyclinc..buy me drinks..i love u so much~

and thanks to alexis n yifeng again for fetching me to Nat's bday party and back..and taking care of mi during that time..haha..if not i prob wouldn't have gone. climbing stairs is a challenge now..

here i am now..can't go anywhere or do anything much..think i shall watch movies on my comp for the whole day..tml have to start my attachment at exxonmobil already..dunno how to walk man..think i have to leave home much earlier to be safe..hopefully i wake up..haha

End of my FYP....finally

Handed in my FYP thesis on Friday in the afternoon. A really great load off my mind man..the last 2 months of constant labbing is finally over..phew~

Had a ktv session prior to going back sch to hand in my thesis. great session with my classmates..haha..finally can sing after so many months..have been so busy man..belted out hits by guang liang, jie lun and more...hahah
